Abstract

Multiplier training for educators is very common, but little research has been done on it. The aim of this dissertation is to focus on the didactic potential and to examine how multiplier training can be supported by e-learning. In the first part a blended learning concept for multiplier training is developed and tested in the context of a research project. In the second part a process model and a semantic map with e-learning-tools are designed to gain a deeper insight into the subject matter.
